HaanJi demo terms and consent

These terms apply to the free "Build your voice AI" demo offered by ScaleSync LLP ("we") on this website. By ticking the box you confirm you have read and agree to them.

1. What the demo is

  1. The demo creates a temporary AI voice agent from the public pages of the website you enter. It is a sample of what HaanJi can do, not a finished product configured for your business.
  2. You get one call of up to 90 seconds. The call ends automatically.
  3. You are speaking with an artificial intelligence, not a person.

2. Limits of the AI

  1. The agent only knows what it can read from your website at the time of the demo. It may miss pages, misread information, or not capture your offer, prices or policies correctly.
  2. AI can make mistakes. It may give incorrect or incomplete answers, mispronounce names, misunderstand you, switch language unexpectedly, or go off topic.
  3. Nothing the demo agent says is a quote, promise, contract or advice (including legal, financial or medical advice) from you or from us.
  4. A paid HaanJi agent is set up with your documents, approved answers and call flows, and performs differently from this demo.

3. Your website

  1. You confirm you own the website you enter, or are authorised by its owner to use it for this demo.
  2. We read only publicly available pages. We do not log in, fill in forms or access private areas.

4. Microphone and your voice

  1. The call needs your device microphone. Your browser will ask for permission. If you refuse, the call will not start.
  2. Your voice is processed in real time to run the conversation. The call audio and transcript may be recorded and kept for up to 30 days to check quality, prevent misuse and improve the service, then deleted.
  3. Do not share passwords, bank or card details, health information or other sensitive personal data during the demo.

5. One demo per device

  1. To keep the demo free and fair, each device can build one demo agent. To enforce this we create a device identifier from technical details your browser shares (such as browser type, screen size, time zone and language settings) and store a marker in your browser. We cannot and do not access your MAC address, contacts or files.
  2. If you have already used the demo, you will be shown our plans and the option to book a call instead.

6. Your data

  1. We use the website address, language choice, device identifier and call data only to run the demo, prevent misuse, and follow up if you ask us to. We do not sell it.
  2. You can ask us to delete your demo data at any time using the contact details on this site. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you.

7. Acceptable use and liability

  1. You must be 18 or older. Do not use the demo to impersonate others, collect data about other people, or for anything unlawful or abusive. We may end a call or block access if we see misuse.
  2. The demo is provided free and "as is", without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on the demo.
  3. We may change or withdraw the demo at any time.

How much does HaanJi cost?

Starter is ₹4,999 a month for 300 minutes, Growth is ₹14,999 for 1,000 minutes, and Pro is ₹42,999 for 3,000 minutes. Pay quarterly to save 10%, or half-yearly to save 20%. Prices exclude GST.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You add your website or documents and HaanJi learns your business. If you'd like us to build custom call flows or connect your CRM, we quote that separately. It's your choice.

How many calls do 1,000 minutes cover?

Most qualification and booking calls take 2 to 3 minutes, so 1,000 minutes covers roughly 330 to 500 conversations a month. Only connected talk time counts.

What happens if I use more minutes?

Extra minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate. We alert you on WhatsApp before you run out, and you can upgrade anytime.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

HaanJi can introduce itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call. We recommend it, and we switch it on wherever the law requires it. It hands over to a person when a caller asks.

Which languages does HaanJi speak?

Gujarati, Hindi and English on every plan. Growth and Pro add Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi. It follows the caller when they switch mid-call.

Does it work with my existing number and CRM?

Yes. Forward calls from your business number, or use a new one. Growth and Pro send leads to Google Sheets, your CRM or WhatsApp. For promotional outbound calls in India, we help you use the approved 140-series number and consent process.

How is the free demo different from a paid agent?

The demo learns only from your public website and runs one 90-second call. A paid agent learns from your documents and approved answers, follows your call flows, and is reviewed and improved from real calls.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Quarterly and half-yearly plans run for the period you've paid.
