HaanJi is an AI voice agent platform developed and operated by ScaleSync LLP for Indian and international enterprises. - Early Access & Inquiries: Name, business name, WhatsApp / mobile number, corporate email address, selected industry, and business notes when submitted via our forms.
- Voice Calls & Audio Samples: When an AI voice interaction occurs, audio streams are processed in real-time to facilitate natural conversation. Audio recordings and transcriptions are captured solely for service delivery and quality audits.
- Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, device fingerprints (hashed), browser type, and interaction metrics tracked anonymously through Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-XZGX8XGQG1) under Google Consent Mode v2.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate business purposes:
- Providing and calibrating your HaanJi voice calling agent.
- Sending demo confirmations, lead alerts, and weekly performance summaries over WhatsApp and email.
- Ensuring fair usage (limiting demo calls to one per device to prevent denial-of-service).
- Complying with applicable telecommunication laws and statutory requirements in India.
3. Call Recordings & AI Transparency
In accordance with telecommunications best practices and DPDP Act guidelines, HaanJi always identifies itself as an AI assistant upon request and permits immediate handover to human staff. Call audio and transcripts are stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit.
