By registering, accessing, or using HaanJi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
1. Service Description
HaanJi is an enterprise AI calling agent designed to receive and initiate outbound customer calls in Gujarati, Hindi, English, and selected Indian languages. HaanJi acts as an intelligent assistive telecalling system for pre-qualifying leads, sharing rate cards, and scheduling site visits or appointments.
2. Plans & Billing
- Subscription Plans: Starter (₹4,999/mo · 300 mins), Growth (₹14,999/mo · 1,000 mins), and Pro (₹42,999/mo · 3,000 mins). All prices exclude applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Discounts: Quarterly commitments include a 10% saving; half-yearly commitments include a 20% saving.
- No Setup Fee: There are no mandatory initial onboarding or setup fees for standard self-serve integrations.
- Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.
3. Permitted Use & Compliance
Users must comply with all relevant Indian telecommunications regulations, including TRAI guidelines and Do-Not-Disturb (DND) registrations. Outbound calling campaigns must be directed exclusively to opted-in prospective customers or leads that have initiated contact.
